Dear Towne Acres Families,
With the new school year comes new beginnings, and our PTA is looking for some new faces to join us! This is your PTA, and we want our students and families from all backgrounds to be represented! No matter the amount of time you have available, we can find something that is a good fit for you and your family. Even if you don’t know quite how you’d like to serve, I encourage you to get in touch with myself or someone on our PTA who can help to find an opportunity that you will enjoy.
Volunteering through PTA is an excellent way to support the educational experience of our children. Many volunteer positions involve only a little time, and the rewards are great. You can serve from home or work, on your lunch hour, or on your phone of computer - you name it. Several areas of service are just right for new parents to jump right in and volunteer with no experience needed. Through PTA involvement you gain satisfaction through helping your child's school.
Sincerely,
Jennie Fowler
PTA President, 2019-2020
